Daily operations reports: Harvest, Orders, and Routing

Release Date:
May 12, 2026

Run your harvest, orders, and routes for the day — and notify customers automatically as you deliver.

Before you start: Make sure your location deadlines are set so orders lock at the right time pre-harvest.

  1. Go to Reports → Harvest for the date you're harvesting.
  2. Filter as needed: by route, location, product, or category.
  3. Download what you need: sticker labels, packing slips, sign-out sheets (for pickup locations), CSV, PDF.
  4. For per-order detail (not aggregated), go to Reports → Orders. From here you can also create new orders or edit existing ones (change quantities, issue credits, add items, cancel).
  5. For delivery day, go to Routes.
  6. Click Navigate on the first stop — Farmhand opens Google Maps with the route.
  7. Optionally add a delivery photo, then Mark Complete. Customer is auto-notified that their order has arrived.
  8. Repeat until the route is done.

Success: at the end of a delivery route, every customer has received an automatic delivery notification — no manual texts.

⚠️ What to know

  • Each location has a custom deadline. Once it passes, orders for that delivery are confirmed and members can't change them. Set this conservatively to give yourself harvest prep time.
  • Mark Complete = automatic notification. It also notifies anyone picking up at that location (not just the one customer you just delivered to). Plan accordingly if you have a shared drop site.
  • Filters are how you make this fast. Don't print one giant harvest report — filter to a single route or a single location and print that.
