Less of a demo. More of how we work.
Farmhand is more than software and virtual assistant — it's a living platform, co-built with the farms that rely on it. Get 15 minutes on the calendar to see the features, and how they're working every day at CSAs, herdshares, and dairies like yours. And if you need something that doesn't exist yet — tell us. It could be the next thing we build, together.
Worth 15 minutes.
You'll see more than features. You'll have a real conversation with the farmer-founder who spends all day with CSAs, herdshares, and dairies like yours.
You share what's eating your time.
Renewal chasing. Failed payments. The thing you keep meaning to fix but never get to.
Hear what farms like yours are doing about it.
Specific operators, specific moves, what's working this season. Some of the answers are in Farmhand. Some aren't, and Ari will say so.
Leave with a plan you can use this week.
Whether you move forward with Farmhand or not, you walk away with at least one move you can make this week.
Real operations. Real numbers. Real relief.
"Farmhand is my oxygen mask. I can finally breathe, grow, and scale the business."
"Farmhand is the marketing, support, finance, and operations manager on our team."
"Farmhand eliminated our failed payment follow-ups completely. I actually farm now."
Every feature starts with a farmer.
Every update to Farmhand starts with a farmer telling Ari what's slowing them down. Now it's your turn.
See what's working at farms like yours. Chat through the workflows and features you wish you had. Leave with a plan you can use this week.
Built with Farmer Katie at Armagh Creamery and Hailee at Harvest Hub. They wanted to track demand and cap capacity at each pickup site before investing in expanding.
Built with Cliff, who needed a printable product list to train his farm crew — something they could keep on the wall or in a binder instead of squinting at a phone in the pack shed.
NewBuilt with Halley at Still Life Farm. She needed targeted, branded flash sale outreach. Done.
NewBuilt with Melanie at Shakefork. She was tired of chasing failed payments — with automatic retries, her recovery rate is now 96%+.

Meet Ari
After buying an orchard in Northern California and spending more and more time with local farmers, it became clear that the hardest part of farming wasn’t the fieldwork — it was the systems behind it. So Ari co-built Farmhand with his local community. From day one, the rule has been simple: we don't build for farmers, we build with them.
That's why every update to the platform starts with a farmer asking a question. Yours could be next.
Questions?
15 minutes of 1:1 advice from Ari. He's been on the phone with CSAs, herdshares, and dairies since 5am — he'll know what's working at your scale, in your region, on your model. He'll walk you through how farms like yours are solving the hard stuff: merging wholesale and delivery routes when a driver calls out, or messaging 400+ members when a host pickup moves.
You'll see the real features other farmers asked for — every one already built. And if you bring a problem we haven't heard before, that's where the next update comes from.
Most farmers book this as a free consult, not a sales call. You'll get specific operational advice you can use whether or not you ever switch to Farmhand.
Nope. Just show up. If you want to get the most out of it, think about what's currently taking you the most time each week — that's what Ari will dig into.
There are no upfront costs or fees to get started. We'll walk through pricing on the call based on your farm's size and needs — but the short version is: most farms save more in time and revenue than they spend on the platform.
Farmhand isnt' software. It's your partner.
Start with 15 minutes.
