Waitlist Report
Farmers can now view the Waitlist for each of their CSA plans within the Plans report.
The Reports → Plans page includes a “Waitlisted” column that displays the total count of waitlist entries for each plan.
The report for each plan has a tabbed layout, with the “Members” tab housing the original report content and filters, and the “Waitlist” tab housing capacity and waitlist data by pickup site. The Members tab is the default target when clicking the plan row on the Plans list page.
The Waitlist tab can be accessed directly by clicking its tab in the plan report, or directly by clicking the “Waitlisted” count on the Plans list page. The complete waitlist for this plan can be downloaded using the “CSV” CTA.
For sites with a capacity specified, the “Available capacity” column displays the number of remaining available spots out of the total spots. Sites with no capacity specified display “—”.
The “Waitlisted” column displays the count of waitlist entries for that site. The sites are sorted in descending order of waitlist count.
Click any row on the Waitlist tab to view the detailed waitlist for that site. The CSV download on this page is filtered by pickup site.
Click on any waitlist member to view their Profile page.
