A daily tickets-sold digest for your events

Release Date:
June 24, 2026
Daily tickets-sold digest email with total sales and per-event breakdown

If you run events, every ticket sale used to trigger its own notification — a steady stream of alerts that made it hard to see how an event was really doing. Now Farmhand sends one daily digest instead. At 6:00 PM in your local time zone, you get a single email and text that rolls up the previous day's ticket activity across all your events: a headline with the day's total tickets sold, the number of registrations and how many events they spanned, and a per-event breakdown so you can see what drove sales. A "View events" button takes you straight to your events dashboard. There's nothing to set up, and on days with no new registrations no digest is sent — so it only arrives when there's something to report. Customers still get their purchase confirmation right away, unchanged.

Built with Curtis at Millsap Farm, who was getting pinged on every single ticket sale and wanted a clearer read on how his events were actually doing. Now he gets one tidy digest at the end of each day — total tickets sold, broken down by event — instead of a constant drip of alerts.

Your farm is growing.
Your platform should keep up.

Our roadmap is built from farmer conversations, not corporate planning cycles. You ask. We build. You see it live.
