Farmhand automatically sends your customers a range of order and subscription messages — a welcome email, upcoming order reminders, delivery notifications, confirmations, and more — and until now the wording was fixed, with no way to add a note of your own. Now each notification in the Subscriptions and Orders categories has its own Appended message field, so you can add a custom block of text to the bottom of any one of them — and set a different message, or none at all, for each. Whatever you write is added to both the email and the text (SMS) version automatically. It's the place for seasonal notes, pickup reminders, holiday hours, storage tips for frozen items, or a personal sign-off. Each field holds up to 500 characters and is completely optional — leave one blank and that notification sends exactly as it does today.
