Set when event ticket sales close — and your cancellation policy

Release Date:

Farm event settings showing ticket-sale cutoff and cancellation policy options

Ticket sales used to stay open until the moment an event started, so a customer could buy a seat to a farm dinner minutes before it began — leaving no time to finalize headcount or shop for ingredients. Now you can set how far ahead of an event ticket sales close (say, two days before), and once the cutoff passes the public event page shows a “sales closed” notice. You can also decide, per event, whether customers can cancel their own tickets and by what deadline. Set both as farm-level defaults under Settings → Events so every new event inherits them, and override them on any single event under Advanced settings — where a live preview shows the exact date and time sales will close. Walk-ins still work: you can register someone in person even after the cutoff, and existing events are unchanged unless you configure them.

Your farm is growing.
Your platform should keep up.
