See which campaigns drive your shop sales

Release Date:
June 1, 2026
The Attribution card on a retail order detail page

Ever wonder whether that Facebook ad or spring newsletter actually led to shop sales? Now you'll know. Farmhand already tracked campaign tags (UTM codes) for CSA sign-ups, and now it does the same through your online shop — capturing the campaign the moment a visitor arrives from a tagged link and remembering it all the way through checkout. When the order is placed, the campaign that drove it is saved right on the order. A new Attribution card appears on the order detail page whenever campaign tags were captured, so you can see exactly which campaign produced each paying order. Keep tagging your links the way you already do — there's no extra setup. Attribution reflects the most recent campaign a person clicked before checking out, is remembered for up to 30 days, and clears once the order is placed so later checkouts aren't mis-attributed.
