Your website is already included. So is most of what you're paying for now.

Every Farmhand plan comes with the whole operation running — not a starter tier. Whether you run a CSA, a herdshare, a ranch, a co-op or a food hub, the marketing credit isn't buying you the basics. It's buying reach on top of them.

What the credit buys

Shop it like anything else on your farm.

Your credit sits in your Farmhand account. Pick what you need, our team builds it, and it comes off the balance. No invoice, no card, no scoping call to get started.

None of this is the platform — that's already yours. This is the outreach most farms never find time to make.

Everything here is done for you. You approve it. You don't build it, design it, or hire anyone to.

Coaching with Ari

Our founder, and a farmer. Pricing, filling a site that won't fill, renewals — whatever the real problem is.

Covered by your credit

Most farms put their first $1,000 toward one campaign and a print run — and still have credit left for an expert call. Ari will map yours on the call.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are paperwork.

No application, no receipts to submit, no matching spend required. The credit is just there.

1

Book fifteen minutes

Ari walks through what your shares, routes, and members look like on Farmhand. If Business Pro isn't right for your farm, he'll tell you that instead of selling you up.

What every plan gets, and what Business Pro adds.

The credit is a Business Pro benefit. Everything that makes Farmhand run your farm is not.

Every plan

The whole platform

Nothing here is an upsell, an add-on, a starter tier, or a second vendor.

  • Your branded website, built for you — plus three-step, mobile-first signup
  • A done-for-you newsletter we draft and you approve
  • Email and SMS marketing, including flash sales to move a surplus
  • A branded online shop — retail, wholesale, and add-ons off one inventory
  • CSA, herdshare, ranch boxes, shop, and events — one catalog, one member login
  • Multi-driver delivery routing with proof of delivery
  • Real people seven days a week — for you and for your members
  • Failed cards retried and members messaged for you
  • SNAP/EBT online and in person
  • Full migration — members, balances, cards, sites, history
Business Pro

Everything above, plus a marketing department

For farms whose bottleneck isn't the platform — it's that nobody has time to go get more members.

What Business Pro adds
  • $1,000 marketing credit the week you join, and again every January
  • Done-for-you ads, print, mailers, social, and campaigns — off the credit
  • 1:1 sessions with farm experts — pick-your-own, agritourism, marketing, operations
  • Coaching with Ari, our founder and a farmer
  • The $10/$10 referral program, with month one on us

Not sure it's you? Ari will say so on the call. He'd rather have you on the right plan than the big one.

What using the credit looks like

You text us. It gets done.

There's no ticket queue and no creative brief to fill out. Real farms, texting a real team — this is the actual shape of it.

Making the switch

Setup is easier than you think.

Most farms move mid-season, in the middle of signups, without asking a single member to do anything.

1

Book a 15-minute call

You talk to Ari — our founder, and a farmer, not a sales rep. He walks through what your shares, routes, and members would look like on Farmhand. No pitch deck.

2

We handle the migration

Members, balances, payment methods, delivery sites, product list, and your site. Send us what you have, in whatever shape it's in. Nobody has to re-sign or re-enter a card.

3

You're live — and your credit is waiting

Your branded site goes up, the shop opens, the first newsletter goes out, and your members get the number to text. Your $1,000 is sitting in the account, ready to spend on reach.

Most farms are fully migrated in under two weeks — mid-season, without asking members to do anything.

Before you book

The questions farms actually ask.

Is the $1,000 real, or is it a discount on your fees?

It's real credit, and it's separate from what you pay for the platform. It spends on marketing work our team does for you — ads, print, mailers, campaigns, social, expert time. Not the platform: your website, newsletter, SMS, shop, routing and support are included on every plan. It isn't a rebate on your subscription and it isn't cash back, because the point is to get the work made, not to shave a line item.

Do I have to spend it all at once?

No. Pick one thing now — most farms start with a campaign or a print run — and come back for the rest as the season moves. Your balance and everything you've ordered live in your Farmhand account.

What does Farmhand cost?

No upfront costs and no setup fees. Most farms pay between $80 and $200 a month, and many come out ahead by dropping the separate routing, email, and SMS tools they were paying for on top of an old platform. Ari will walk through pricing on the call based on your farm's size.

Is the credit on every plan?

No — straight answer: the $1,000 annual credit and the 1:1 expert sessions are Business Pro benefits. Every plan includes your branded website, the done-for-you newsletter, email and SMS marketing, your online shop, delivery routing, and real people seven days a week — answering you and your members. If Business Pro isn't the right fit for your farm, Ari will tell you that on the call rather than sell you up.

Do I have to run the ads or build the pages myself?

No — that's the whole idea. You tell us what you need, our team builds it, and you approve it before it goes out. If you'd rather be hands-on you can be, but nothing here requires you to open a design tool or an ads manager.

Can Farmhand handle the way we actually sell?

Most likely. CSA in every shape — customizable (members pick their items), farmer's choice (you curate the box), market style (members shop an open list), and hybrids — plus herdshares with two-part pricing, ranch bulk and quarter shares, retail and wholesale off one inventory, and food hubs aggregating multiple farms. You can run several of these at once and switch seasonally. Tell Ari how you actually sell and he'll show you the setup.

Can we switch mid-season, right now?

Yes — most farms switch mid-season, right in signup and renewal season. Migration usually takes under two weeks, and members don't re-join. We send box inserts, pickup-site signage, and email and SMS notices weeks ahead, so everyone knows what's coming well before anything changes.

Will I lose my member list or my history?

No. We migrate members, balances, payment methods, delivery sites, and order history — and it stays yours. You can export the whole list any day you want, including the day you leave. We don't sell food, so your list isn't worth anything to us except as your list.

Who actually answers my members?

We do — a real person, seven days a week, by text and email, on every plan. Skips, holds, card declines, address changes, "where's my box." Anything that genuinely needs you gets forwarded with the context already gathered.

Fifteen minutes with Ari.

Bring the thing you've been putting off — the members you can't migrate, the site that won't fill, the price list you rebuild every season. Ari is our founder and a farmer. He'll tell you straight whether we're the partner you need — and if Business Pro fits, your $1,000 starts this week.
